They did everything promised, including moving furniture out and in, installing quality felt pads on all pieces and cleaning up regularly. We are completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the finished floors; they are absolutely beautiful! The two installers, Kamil and Mario, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Tom and his team also installed new baseboards and coordinated painting with another excellent contractor. The painting job was perfect and required minimal touch up (walls, etc.). I strongly recommend hiring Tom and his team if you are considering new hardwood flooring. You will not be disappointed.
